Terms of Sale - Purchasing Goods

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, pricing and availability which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such or any additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

We must receive full payment before we can accept it as an order. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch.

On despatch of your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation & Despatch email to the email address which you have provided to us. This email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered and despatch information.

We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to acceptance.

Returning Goods - Exchange & Refund

You may return any goods you are not completely satisfied with.  We will offer an exchange or refund with original proof of purchase if returned within 14 days from shipment date.
 
All returned item(s) must be returned to us intact and undamaged in its original saleable condition with original tags attached or refund/exchange will be refused.

The invoice / dispatch note must be enclosed with your returning items.

Please return your item(s) to our PO Box address provided on the top of your invoice at your earliest.

Instructions for returns

You may be glad to hear that we do not charge for exchanges as we know how difficult it is to choose the right size when buying online.
 
Please include the invoice with a note on the blank area if you wish to refund or exchange to a different size.

For exchanges, please also advise your required size.
Please note that we do not allow free exchanges to a different design or colour.

For refunds, please note that there is a handling charge per return, not per item.  Handling charges are as follows, UK £6.00, Europe £9.00 and World Zone 1 £14.00.

It is always best that the item(s) are returned using 'Recorded Signed For' at your local Post Office and keep a copy of the reference number and proof of postage as we will not be liable if item(s) becomes lost.

Free Gifts, Discount & Other Promotions

We have the right to withdraw this promotion at any time. If customers are found to be abusing the discount(s) and we believe you are an abuser, we have the right to amend your order to which we will inform you of any changes made and will await your acceptant of changes before completing for dispatch.

Discounted orders are refunded minus the discounted percentage of the order and handling charge quoted for your region. 
Example:  UK order of two items £50+£50 - 10% discount entitle = Total payable is £90. If return 1 item which after 10% discount cost £45+ handling charge. The refunded amount will be £39.

For discounted order of 14% or 18% if returned item(s) causes the order to fall below the required amount for your held discount your order will be reduced to the discount percentage which it qualifies for.

Example: UK order of three items at £70 each which subtotal to £210, minus 18% discount total payable is £172.20. If return one item for refund which would make your order subtotal to £140, which qualifies for 14% discount. The refunded amount will be £45.80 after handling fee.

Updating Account Information

You are responsible for the information regarding your account. Please make updates of any changes at the soonest possiblity. The infomation which you have provided us is the only information in which we have to process your order. We will not be held liable for any mistakes on sent orders if you fail to inform us of these changes before hand.
